I Love Weight Training!

I am so excited to have found a way to:

• stave off osteoporosis
• speed up my metabolism
• train for kayaking this summer

The best part is, it happens right at my school with my fellow teachers, including trainer extraordinaire Tracy who has agreed to guide us. I am too embarrassed to even mention the size of weights I'm using, but oh well - the important thing is I got started. It is not what I expected - it is more difficult than I thought. But it is fun to be with friends and I am motivated to keep it up. So it's all good.
